Tugboat Taisho
Tugboat Taisho is a lively waterfront complex built from renovated shipping containers along the Kizu River. Home to cafés, restaurants, bars, and small local shops, it's a popular place to relax by the water, enjoy a drink, and experience a more creative, laid-back side of Osaka away from the city's busiest districts.
