How do I make reservations for my clients?
From your account, you send a traceable booking request via a dedicated form (date, tour, number of travelers, special requests). We confirm availability within 48 business hours — and most often within the same day if you contact us via WhatsApp.
Do you offer commissions or net rates?
We work with net rates: you apply your own margin. Your professional rates are visible in your agency area once your account is validated.
What geographical area do you cover?
Kyoto and the entire Kansai region: Nara, Osaka and their surroundings, and beyond upon request. You also have access to all our tours open to the public, regularly updated, which you can offer to your clients.
How does B2B invoicing and payment work?
We invoice our agency partners within 30 days. For any special requests (large volumes, customized conditions), please discuss them directly.
