- B2C card payments carry a 4% card payment fee, shown before payment is confirmed. Kimasu adds no fee for bank transfers, although the customer's bank may charge transfer or currency-conversion fees. Optional add-ons and any third-party admission, transport, or meal costs stated on the tour page are also payable by the customer.

- Credit and debit cards processed securely in euros through Stripe. B2C customers may instead choose a bank transfer through Wise. B2B payment terms are set out in the quote or partnership agreement.

- Free cancellation of the guided tours up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour date; 50% charge between 72 and 48 hours before; no refund within 48 hours of the tour start time (a free date change remains possible up to 48 hours before, subject to availability) — except where Kimasu cancels for weather or safety reasons, in which case a full refund or an alternative date is offered.
