Sales price (販売価格): Shown on each tour page in Japanese Yen (JPY), taxes included unless otherwise stated. Prices are calculated and charged natively in JPY to prevent international currency conversion fees.
Additional fees (商品代金以外の必要料金): None beyond the displayed price, except optional add-ons selected at booking and any third-party admission fees, transport, or meals stated on the tour page. Customers bear any payment-method or currency-conversion fees charged by their own bank.
Accepted payment methods (代金の支払方法): Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) processed securely via Stripe (natively in JPY). Bank wire transfers via Wise (EUR/USD) are also accepted upon request for custom itineraries or business accounts.
Payment timing (代金の支払時期): Charged at the time of booking confirmation.
Service delivery (サービス提供時期): The booked experience is provided on the scheduled date and time confirmed at booking.
Cancellation & refunds (キャンセル・返金規約): Free cancellation of the guided tours up to 7 days before the scheduled tour date; 50% charge within 7 days; no refund within 24 hours of the tour start time — except where Kimasu cancels for weather or safety reasons, in which case a full refund or an alternative date is offered. Please note that the 10% booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
